Guardianship Services

Senior Guardianship Services, LLC is committed to overseeing the welfare of those persons placed in our charge.As guardians, we are appointed by the court and required to protect our clients by: ensuring that their personal care needs are met, preserving their estate and, when possible, working cooperatively with their family.

Guardianship becomes necessary when a person is incapable of making personal, financial, or medical decisions. Or when he/she has become vulnerable due to diminished mental or physical capacity and family members are unable, unwilling, or unavailable to take responsibility.

The duties of a Certified Professional Guardian are governed by the Washington State RCWs, overseen by the Superior Court, and require comprehensive reporting to the Court.

Our guardians work daily with the clients, elder-law attorneys, CPAs, families, healthcare providers, DSHS, VA, and other agencies.
